Payments & Return Policy
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex)
Refunds - Unused / New Products:
Brand new / unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.
- Package must be undamaged and unopened.
- We do not refund shipping charges; shipping cost to return the product to us is the responsibility of the customer.
- Since we do not keep credit card information on file, refunds for Credit Cards will be issued by a mailed cheque - or you may include a note in with the refund with your credit card info.
- Payments made by PayPal can be refunded back to your PayPal account.
Refunds - Used Products:
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return your used products within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be slightly used – empty bottles will not be refunded.
- We do not refund shipping charges; shipping cost to return the product to us is the responsibility of the consumer.
- Refunds for used products will be given to the customer in the form of a Store credit - the money will not be refunded to your credit card or by cheque.
